Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Crypto World FB 26, including the license site, game, cards, packs, marketplace, rankings, rewards, and related services (the "Service"). By connecting an account or wallet, creating or minting a license, opening packs, trading, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use crypto assets and NFTs to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

You must use only wallets and accounts you control. You may not impersonate another player, operator, or third party.

3. X Connection, Wallets, and Blockchain Transactions

To create a license, you connect your X account via OAuth. We use your public profile information solely to generate and personalize your license and do not post on your behalf without your action.

Wallet approvals, signatures, private keys, network fees, transaction confirmation, and wallet security are your responsibility. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover lost assets or reverse confirmed transactions.

4. License NFT, Cards, and Generated Images

The license NFT is issued on Solana as a Soulbound, non-transferable token. It is a commemorative proof of early participation and does not represent any financial instrument, security, ownership interest, or promise of future value.

License artwork is generated with the assistance of third-party AI services based on your profile. You agree not to generate or submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content. We may decline, remove, or correct content that violates these Terms.

NFT cards and other game assets may be subject to transfer restrictions, freeze custody, escrow, whitelist checks, or other controls. Attempts to bypass those controls are prohibited.

5. Gameplay, Marketplace, and Rewards

Rankings, reward pools, season finalization, eligible-card counts, marketplace activity, and related calculations are determined from server records, operator records, and audit snapshots.

Pack reward-pool allocation, marketplace fees, final distribution rules, and paid game refills follow the in-app rules and applicable compliance requirements. Displayed reward values may remain estimates until a season is finalized.

Consumed or burned NFT materials may remain in audit history for final distribution checks, but cannot be used for teams, fusion, or trade after consumption.

6. External Trading Protocols and Builder Fees

The Service may display information from, prepare transaction data for, or connect to third-party protocols or venues, including Hyperliquid and Outcome-style markets. Those external services are operated by third parties, and we do not control or guarantee their availability, liquidity, prices, execution, settlement, fees, eligibility rules, or continued support.

Outcome markets, prediction-style products, derivatives, and other crypto trading products involve substantial risk, including loss of funds, price volatility, liquidity limits, failed or partial execution, liquidation risk, oracle or market-data issues, and regulatory restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether such activity is legal and appropriate for you in your jurisdiction.

Orders may include a builder fee or similar integration fee. If enabled, the applicable builder address, fee rate, and maximum approved fee rate will be disclosed in the app or transaction flow. Builder fees may be charged in addition to network fees, protocol fees, exchange fees, spreads, slippage, or other costs.

Before builder-fee orders can be submitted, you may be asked to sign a wallet approval such as `approveBuilderFee` that sets a maximum fee rate for a builder. You are responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, fee rates, builder addresses, and approval limits before signing. We cannot reverse approvals, orders, fills, losses, or fees once they are accepted by the relevant protocol.

Market data, odds, charts, balances, order drafts, and other trading-related information are provided for convenience only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. We do not guarantee profit, outcomes, rankings, rewards, or market results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, interference with the app, APIs, database, Solana transactions, marketplace, rankings, rewards, monitoring systems, or operational endpoints.

Botting, scraping, automated play, Sybil farming, wash trading, price manipulation, reward manipulation, exploit farming, faucet abuse, private API abuse, RPC failure abuse, and retry-flow abuse are prohibited.

Offensive names, illegal content, harassment, spam, phishing, malware, wallet-draining links, attempts to collect another user's secrets, or attempts to use restricted game NFTs through external markets or unauthorized transfers are prohibited.

8. Operational Controls

Bugs, unexpected payouts, duplicated cards, failed transactions, incorrect ownership states, or other inconsistencies must be reported and may be corrected by the operator.

The operator may pause packs, trades, gameplay, payouts, accounts, admin screens, test modes, scripts, or operational endpoints to investigate incidents, comply with law, protect users, or preserve data integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in connection with your license or game assets, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, gameplay, marketplace activity, rewards, or blockchain transactions.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms, prohibited conduct rules, and operational rules before release or when required for security, compliance, platform integrity, or service consistency. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
